Man dies when falling from a Nissan ute tray in Boddington NSW & charges laid by Police.

Police have laid charges over a fatal crash in Boddington after a man fell from the tray of a Navara ute in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

About 1.15am on Wednesday a blue Nissan Navara was going south on Bannister Road, with a 23-year-old man travelling in the rear tray of the ute.

Major crash investigators claim the man fell from the vehicle as it turned right on to Farmers Avenue, landing about 4m from Bannister Road.

The man was taken to Boddington Hospital but died not long after.

Police have charged the 32-year-old driver of the Nissan Navara with dangerous driving occasioning death; he is due to appear in Narrogin Court on May 22.

Investigators are still calling for witnesses to the crash, or anyone who saw the blue Nissan Navara before the smash
